STEAM Saturdays Part 2&3

Here is my 8 yr old doing the same challenge. What's added to her challenge is constraints (things that MUST BE done or rules that must be followed in the challenge). You will hear me ask questions to guide her towards a rationale but I never give her an answer or tell her that what's she thinking is right or wrong. That's NOT what STEAM is. STEAM teaches kids to question things. They discover a problem and go about solving it. Listen to her explain her thoughts because of the questions I asked.
***Note*** my daughter has Sensory Processing Disorder. Which causes certain sounds, feels, situations, and tastes to be overwhelming for her. So, being called on in a classroom or EVEN ME questioning her was overwhelming. She is also very intelligent but she couldn't process the anxiety of producing a response, so it would create horrible fear, which meant a meltdown for her because at her age she didn't know what else to do with the emotion. BUT I decided to teach her through STEAM. Take a look at her progress.
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!!!
